EARLIEST PARISHONERS
Our earliest parishioners Leon and Irina Soroka. Leon was the Churchwarden many years ago. Irina still bakes the prosphora for our monthly Liturgy. Leon has recently passed away. May we pray for them.
I believe that the Church is holy, not simply blessed and sanctified by gifts of grace, but holy with a depth and intensity which surpass all measure, holy with the holiness of God who resides there, in the way in which a piece of wood glows with the fire that consumes it.
